As mentioned in our last blog, we have now got our kitchen fully up and running to serve our smokehouse meats alongside our range of burgers.

Big Ed, our imported US smoker, has been hard at work slow-smokin' ribs, pork belly, beef brisket and sausages. We are sourcing our meat from our local butcher Mikelsen and our sausages from Proctor's.

We started serving from the smoker last Saturday (with the burger menu launched a few days before). The feedback so far has been really positive, with our loaded fries, brisket and the burgers all taking a lead in the popularity stakes!

We are also keeping our ever-popular fresh pizzas on the menu as well, so you can re-visit your old favourites too.

We are currently serving food Wednesday to Fridays 5-9pm and then Saturdays 12 noon to 8pm.

We will also be offering roasts on Sundays in the near future - watch this space and our socials for a final launch date!

No need to book if you fancy a bite to eat with us, just come along. We will be serving alongside the live music events we put on too, although we advise coming early, before the music starts, to ensure you get a seat and can enjoy your meal before you want to start toe-tapping along. Head over to our food and drinks page to see the full menu!
